The Liga ng mga Barangay – Talisay City Chapter announces that applications for the Presidential Scholarship Program are now open for graduating 4th year college students.
Eligible students and aspiring scholars are encouraged to apply by securing an application form from their respective Barangay Hall and preparing all the necessary requirements.
Application Requirements:
- Duly accomplished Application Form with Picture
- Barangay Certificate of Residency and Indigency
- Certified True Copy of Grades (Most Recent Semester)
- Certificate of Enrollment/Registration
- Valid School ID or Government-issued ID
- Photocopy of PSA/LCR Birth Certificate
- Two (2) recent 2×2 ID pictures
- Voter’s Certification
The deadline for the submission of applications is August 28, 2026.
